Mr Olsen is a proven leader who brings over 25 years of finance, sales and business experience to the organization. Mr Olsen has been instrumental successful in developing both domestic and international financial structures for a variety of productions, such as “Daydream Nation” with Josh Lucas and Kat Dennings, “Clockwork Girl” with Carrie Ann Moss, and “Bad Karma” with Ray Liotta and Dominic Purcel, alongside most recently productions of “Will Gardner” with Max MartinI, Gary Sinese and Robert Patrick, and the very promising “Selfie From Hell”, which has passed over 20 million YouTube views.



Mr Smith spent over 13 years in the financial services industry. During that time he earned an esteemed Accredited Asset Management Specialist designation from the College for Financial Planning. Mr Smith's Top-Advisor practice focused primarily on large institutional accounts and businesses, analyzing financial operations in order to drive his clients institutions toward efficiency and profitability. Using his past experience in the field of corporate finance and structure, Mr Smith is an excellent compliment to the TriStar team and serves as head of development within the TriStar Film Fund.



Mr Wilson has extensive experience as a senior-level business executive, transactions lawyer, and entrepreneur in more than 50 countries around the world. His experience also encompasses service as special advisor to the board of directors and senior management of a Tokyo-and Hong Kong-based Japanese investment company; chairman and chief executive office of a publicly held technology development company; representation of established, emerging, and start-up companies; and co-founder of and principal in several start-up ventures. 




Mr. Jackson has more than 30 years experience in developing, creating, performing, recording, financing, and producing music, film, television, and multimedia entertainment. He has written or produced songs for some of today’s most recognizable artists, and produced several notable feature films. His particular passion is to bring high quality media and entertainment education to talented ethnic minority youth. Mr. Jackson is a member of the Grammy Foundation, Producers Guild, Screen Actors Guild, and the Motion Picture Association of America, and founder and executive of several entertainment companies.

Walter Josten

Mr Josten is one of a select group of producers in Hollywood who has been involved in every aspect of filmmaking. His total immersion in the process gives him the necessary perspective to guide ideas from the development of a script through to the financing, production and post-production stages, and from there, into the marketing and distribution of a motion picture. As a producer and a screenwriter, Walter has developed numerous projects. Since he started working with Blue Rider co-founder Jeff Geoffray in 1984, Walter has produced, financed and/or distributed 118 feature films spread across all the major genres, from TV to movies to documentaries. He has also distributed films, both in the competitive U.S. theatrical market and internationally.

Jeffrey Hardy

Mr Hardy is president of FilmProfit, LLC, and is the co-author of FilmProfit software and the sole author of The FilmProfit Guide To Film Distribution Deals, a respected primer to the deals in the key film distribution markets. He is an expert resource for Hollywood Reporter, Fortune Magazine, and has been featured in the media and published in numerous business and film industry publications. He has presented multiple all-day workshops for the Institute for Independent Film Finance and lectured by invitation to Media and Entertainment MBA students at The University of California Berkeley.

Sue Ann Taylor

Ms Taylor is the president and executive producer of Blue Heron Films, a television, film, animation, and gaming production company based in downtown Canton, GA. Since 1996, she has traveled to locales all around the globe to produce a number television and documentary-type series for broadcast and cable networks. Ms Taylor began producing programs in 1984 for national broadcast syndication and networks including CBS, The Travel Channel, CNBC and The Learning Channel. Currently, she is in the process of closing the acquisition of the Atlanta Film Studios that will used for many of the productions TriStar will be producing in the State of Georgia – the primary reason for this being that Georgia is one the top 3 states for film industry tax incentives in the United States.

Zak Kadison

Mr Kadison has been a producer of film and television for many years. Prior to forming Imperative, Mr Kadison he was the Founder and CEO of Blacklight, one of the first mulit-platform production companies in the world. Prior to Blacklight, Mr Kadison served as a senior production executive at Fox Atomic, one of the production labels of 20th Century Fox, where he was responsible for the acquisition, development, and production of Atomic’s slate. During this time, he worked with such talent as Chris Columbus (Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone, Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets, Home Alone), Denzel Washington, Eminem, Channing Tantem and others. Prior to joining Fox, Mr Kadison was the Senior Vice President of Production for Gold Circle Films (My Big Fat Greek Wedding) and was responsible for the acquisition, development and production of Gold Circle’s films. While there, Mr Kadison structured the company’s first deals with Paramount Pictures and New Line Cinema as well as collaborations with Gore Verbinski, Natalie Portman, and Joel Schumacher. Mr Kadison also participates in the University of Southern California’s Mentorship Program and has served on numerous film festival juries, was on the advisory board for Florida State University’s Transmedia Institute, and aided the Sundance Institute on their Transmedia Storytelling Initiative.
